The Trademark Office of the Administrative General for Industry and Commerce routinely published the recognition of well-known trademarks on January 15, 2010, including 386 pieces covering trademark opposition, invalidation and management cases tried by the TRAB. Among the foreign cases, a large portion of cases were Japanese, including the mark     of TOYOTA、 HONDA OF HONDA COMPANY, KEMPIE, Kenwood and 建伍， TOTO、HOYA and 豪雅. YAHOO and the drawing of Apple Inc and Sheraton from the USA were also recognized as well-known trademarks. Two Taiwan marks were also supplemented as well-known trademarks.
