Ms. Huang is Of counsel of Watson and Band Law Offices in Shanghai.

Ms. Huang graduated from Shanghai Second Industry University with a BS degree in Automatic Machinery in 1981. From 1981 to 1985, Ms. Huang worked in the Shanghai Science and Technology Institute as a patent researcher and obtained her patent attorney qualification in 1986. From 1985 to 2002, Ms. Huang was a patent attorney in the Shanghai Patent and Trademark Office, specializing in patent prosecution in the field of machinery and electronics.

In 1988, Ms. Huang went to Japan for further study in patent prosecution. During her 17 years of work as a patent attorney, Ms. Huang has handled more than 1,000 Japanese patent applications.
