Mr. Sun is of counsel to Watson and Band Law Offices and Manager of the litigation department, and an Arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Committee.

Mr. Sun entered the Shanghai Municipal Intermediate People's Court in 1980 and acted as a judge of the Economic Division and an arbitrator of the Shanghai Technology Contract Arbitration Committee. He became the Vice Director-General of the Intellectual Property Division of Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court in 1994.

Mr. Sun acts as an arbitrator of the Shanghai Arbitration Committee and a guest researcher of Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Sun is experienced in representing clients in civil and intellectual property cases and he has edited and co-written many books, such as Talking About Intellectual Property by Judges and Precedent Selections of Intellectual Property Cases.
