W&B, entrusted by the well-known U.S. listed company and leading electronic product manufacturer SANMINA-SCI CORPORATION and acting as its legal council in China, assisted in the acquisition of BreconRidge Company, a leading EMS service provider headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, including BreconRidge’s subsidiaries in Hong Kong and processing factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. Presently the two parties have executed and performed the Definitive Agreement and the acquisition procedures were completed by the end of May. The successful completion of this project will further consolidate and enhance SANMINA’s world-class capability with respect to design, engineering and manufacturing in the fields of RF/microwave and micro/opto-electronic technologies.
