In his bankruptcy and restructuring practice, Mr. Sun has led and managed numerous significant liquidation proceedings. His representative matters include serving as counsel in the bankruptcy of a major foreign-invested enterprise, a leading supply chain company, and a renowned cross-border e-commerce platform. Mr. Sun possesses a comprehensive understanding of the substantive and procedural rights of creditors under China's Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, Company Law, and related regulations. He is adept at representing creditors throughout all stages of bankruptcy proceedings to protect their interests and maximize their recoveries.
Beyond his focus on corporate insolvency, Mr. Sun provides broad legal support to large and medium-sized enterprises. He advises on regulatory compliance and has successfully represented clients in a wide array of disputes, including those involving complex contracts, real estate, creditor's rights, and labor law. Mr. Sun also acts as outside general counsel to several major state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested companies.
