Liming Zhang is a Senior Partner at Watson & Band. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from East China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Zhang serves as Vice President of the Shanghai Trademark and Brand Association, and is an active member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association and the China Law Society. In addition, he serves as a designated expert for the Supreme People's Procuratorate's "Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Expert Consultation Network," an expert for the Industry Rights Protection and Self-Discipline Committee of the All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), a "Guiding Expert for Responding to Overseas Intellectual Property Disputes in Shanghai," and an "Expert for Intellectual Property Rights Protection and Assistance for Shanghai Exhibitions."
