Ms. Fu received both her Master of Laws (LL.M.) and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the East China University of Political Science and Law, where she was honored as an "Outstanding Graduate of Shanghai."  Since joining Watson & Band in 2022, she has represented prominent enterprises and institutions across the media, entertainment, sports, and technology sectors.

In her intellectual property litigation practice, Ms. Fu has represented major Hollywood studios, including Paramount, Disney, and Netflix, in complex anti-piracy enforcement actions throughout China. She has also been engaged by the Motion Picture Association to conduct legal research and analysis on copyright challenges posed by emerging technologies. Ms. Fu has also represented leading Chinese technology companies in several landmark unfair competition cases. Her work in this area includes advising internet platforms on establishing and enforcing effective ecosystem governance and content moderation policies.

As part of her advisory practice, Ms. Fu provides ongoing data privacy and compliance counsel to a portfolio of well-known multinational corporations. She advises clients on refining their personal information protection frameworks and guides them through the self-assessment and regulatory declaration processes for cross-border data transfers.

Additionally, Ms. Fu is a nationally qualified performing arts agent in China.
